Asaptic (HK) Ltd was incorporated in Hong Kong in July 2021 and has operated continuously since. We are a Physical AI company operating on two integrated layers: we engineer embodied autonomous systems — the HK300 heavy-lift unmanned helicopter, autonomous marine vessels, and ground robots, as an HKU DeepTech 100 startup in the HKSTP ecosystem — and we run the AI trade-execution engine that sources, prices, wins, and fulfills cross-border hardware deals. Track record: Asaptic's AI has sourced, priced, and won over US$10M in government tenders. On the deals we execute we act as principal and commercial counterparty, not a broker. The pipeline is approximately 99% AI-operated, with human review on every outgoing commitment.

We source from verified factories and stand behind the product, including clinical device sourcing with full compliance documentation. No consumer goods. No retail. No direct-to-consumer fulfilment.

Asaptic operates exclusively in business-to-business supply chains. Our minimum engagement is a commercial purchase order with a qualified business buyer. We do not supply individuals, do not list on consumer marketplaces, and do not provide fulfilment services for retail inventory. If your buying entity is a registered business with a genuine procurement requirement, you are in scope.

No Unverified Factory Brokering

We do not pass buyer RFQs to an open pool of unvetted suppliers and take a commission on whatever responds. Every factory in our pipeline has been qualified through direct engagement, transaction history, or an on-the-ground audit process.
